Queenston Master En-suite and Bathroom Remodel

This project was a master ensuite that had not been touched since the 60′s. it did not have a bathtub and the client wanted to incorporate a soaker tub to their ensuite so they could relax at the end of the day. we relocated the plumbing to incorporate a tub, shower, toilet and vanity. this was a complete gut down to the studs. new tub, new shower and base, custom glass, retro fit pot lights, ceramic tile.

Lake Park Bathroom Renovation Project

The Lake Park bathroom was a complete renovation in a house built in 1977. The bathroom was completely demolished down to studs.

A new soaker jet tub was installed with ceramic tile surround to add a touch of elegance to the dated design. Dual contemporary vanities were installed with new lighting and all ceramic tile floors and walls were add with tile inlay work.

Bathroom Renovation Project – Peter Sosiak

This bathroom was a complete gut to the studs. The plumbing was relocated to move the toilet location and incorporate a shower and dual vanity.

Heated ceramic tile floors with thermostat control were installed and a hands free telephone and radio service was added to the shower.

The dual vanity with leather drawer center piece provides lots of storage and modern fixtures with some beautiful stone work to finish off the modern look the clients were looking for.

Continental Main Floor Open Concept Renovation

In this project the client wanted to have an open concept for their split level home. the main floor originally consisted of an entrance foyer, kitchen, living room and dining room. we removed all the walls and installed the necessary structural beam to give them that open feel. installed new floors throughtout. gave the stairs some style, made an island with stone work

Ravenhurst Family Deck Project

The Ravenhurst family deck project was to create a space where the family can enjoy large gatherings in their back yard. The deck was built flush with the house and houses the BBQ and provides ample space for a large patio set.

Aberdeen Deck, Patio and Fire Pit
