This multi level deck features 8 ft. (3000 lbs) point load ground hogs with 2×10 joists and beams.
It also comes with a modern aluminum and glass railing.
All cut edges are covered with mitred 2″x6″ capping.
The wall separating the living room and kitchen was removed to give this client, the desired open concept design.

We started this basement project with a blank canvas.
The clients wanted a space that felt warm and welcoming. We moved the original plumbing below the concrete slab to facilitate a new bathroom location with a floating vanity, linen cabinet and installed a DriCore sub floor and R22 Roxul walls.
A warming electric fireplace was installed on the wall with a natural stone veneer feature.
Lots of pot lights all on dimmers for mood setting, a built in wall home theater system and wet bar make this space perfect for entertaining all your friends or just relaxing with the family.
This was a complete gut to studs. Added lots of lighting and custom cabinets.
This clients wanted a large front outdoor living space as their property lends itself to front yard outdoor living.
The deck is complete with 8ft. screw piles and also has an aluminum and glass railing.
Here we put in a floor to ceiling front window along with other new windows and doors. Changed the roof line so there is a soffit now on the gable end and introduced pot lights in the soffits. Also installed cultured ledge stone and hardie board on front of house. Plus we added interlocking stone patio and pathway.
This was also a complete gut with custom shower that now extends across the whole width of the bathroom.
