Grovesnor Luxury Bathroom Renovation

A solid custom built vanity with concrete top and a two person shower with ‘Shodor’ glass enclosure. This bathroom is roomy, functional and very stylish.

Riverwood Bathroom Remodel Project

This Riverwood bathroom project was a complete renovation to incorporate a big corner jet tub. and glass shower and new vanity.

The original bathroom was demolished to the studs and a wall was taken down to make the bathroom larger. Tile was installed on the floor and on the lower portion of the walls.

Queenston Master En-suite and Bathroom Remodel

This project was a master ensuite that had not been touched since the 60′s. it did not have a bathtub and the client wanted to incorporate a soaker tub to their ensuite so they could relax at the end of the day. we relocated the plumbing to incorporate a tub, shower, toilet and vanity. this was a complete gut down to the studs. new tub, new shower and base, custom glass, retro fit pot lights, ceramic tile.

Lake Park Bathroom Renovation Project

The Lake Park bathroom was a complete renovation in a house built in 1977. The bathroom was completely demolished down to studs.

A new soaker jet tub was installed with ceramic tile surround to add a touch of elegance to the dated design. Dual contemporary vanities were installed with new lighting and all ceramic tile floors and walls were add with tile inlay work.

Bathroom Renovation Project – Peter Sosiak

This bathroom was a complete gut to the studs. The plumbing was relocated to move the toilet location and incorporate a shower and dual vanity.

Heated ceramic tile floors with thermostat control were installed and a hands free telephone and radio service was added to the shower.

The dual vanity with leather drawer center piece provides lots of storage and modern fixtures with some beautiful stone work to finish off the modern look the clients were looking for.

Lake Park Deck Project

This beautiful deck features curved lines with canter levered sections. The railing is made with aircraft cable to reduce its visual impression, increasing the view to the lake. The stone steps were installed to ease the climbing of the hill in their multi tiered backyard.

Complete Home Renovation Project in Riverwood

This house was a complete home renovation project. We performed a complete dismantle down to the studs including the removal of walls. Rough cut timber beams were installated for structural support so that an open concept living space could be incorporated. Bulkheads were built to incorporate modern pot lights around perimter of home.

Electrical service was also relocated and increased to 200 Amp service. All electrical throughout the house was completely replaced to bring everything up to code.

In the Kitchen, new cabinetry, countertops and stone work was installed with walnut and ceramic tile floors. The bathroom was also a complete remodel, removing all the old fixtures and installing a new tub, toilet, vanity and ceramic tile floor.
